Refund policy

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without providing any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify PIGRADE S.r.l. by email, clearly stating the order number and the intention to return the product.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or items made to the customer’s specifications.
